1. Modern Operations Office
Located in the heart of Hai Phong city — the key northern maritime gateway — HP Marine’s operations office is designed to be modern and professional, serving as a place that:
Receives applications and provides direct consultation for workers and partners.
Manages and coordinates recruitment, training, and manpower supply activities.
Facilitates rapid communication connections with shipping companies and international partners.
The office space is welcoming and fully equipped, fostering an efficient work environment and providing optimal support for candidates.





2. Maritime Professional Training Center
HP Marine is proud to have a dedicated seafarer training center that meets regulatory standards. The center is fully equipped with functional rooms.
Theoretical classrooms are equipped with projectors, interactive whiteboards, and realistic models.
Practical training rooms: equipped with engine room simulators, control panels, lifesaving equipment, and more.
Maritime English classrooms designed to develop practical communication skills for seafarers working internationally.
Additionally, the center regularly conducts soft skills training sessions, including maritime emergency response, cross-cultural communication, and basic maritime medical care.





3. Dormitory area for trainees
To ensure proper living and accommodation conditions throughout the training period, HP Marine provides a dedicated dormitory area for trainees.
Private, clean rooms fully equipped with air conditioning, beds, and private bathrooms,
Provides 24/7 security, a healthy living environment, and discipline similar to that on board ships.

The entire training system is equipped with internationally standard teaching devices, including:
Bridge and engine room simulators for marine vessels.
Firefighting, emergency escape, first aid, and GPS navigation training equipment.
Realistic ship models, lifeboats, life jackets, rope ladders, and tools for emergency drill simulations.
Thanks to these, trainees can “learn by doing,” mastering skills thoroughly before setting sail, meeting the stringent requirements of international shipping companies.
